If your product broke during transportation or in storage, please contact your reseller and provide a short description of what happened backed up with pictures. This will allow processing your request as soon as possible. We are not processing any requests regarding products broken in transport or requiring replacement - therefore you need to contact your local reseller or distributor.

For our Q² coating line, we state a shelf life of 24 months. All Q²M maintenance products have a shelf life of 36 months. These parameters change after the product has been opened and depending on storage conditions and the product itself. Once opened, for the Q² coating line, it's between 6 and 12 months, the Q²M line has a total period of 24 months.​
