PROCESS


Our system is First In, First Out. It takes 1-3 business days to prepare and ship your order. Orders are processed on business days, from 9am to 4pm.

Want to skip the line? Choose Express Shipping and your package will be shipped out the same day.

CONFIRMATION


You will receive an email once your order has been packed, scanned and is ready for collection.

We choose the most efficient delivery service based on the country we deliver to.



TRACING  


Your next email will contain a tracking number so you can track your package all the way to your home or collection point.

DAMAGE DETERMINED


REFUSE THE PACKAGE IF YOU SEE DAMAGE

If you see the damage upon delivery, simply refuse the delivery.



7 DAYS TO GIVE US THE DETAILS

If you have received a damaged delivery, you must notify us within 1 week with the following information: description, product list, detailed photos and barcode.



WE WILL INFORM YOU OF THE NEXT STEPS

Once you have confirmation from the postal service, we will let you know which products can be refunded, replaced or returned.





HOW TO EASILY RETURN PRODUCTS  


THE 14-DAY RULE


For general returns, you have 14 days to inform us with your name, order number and details of which goods you wish to return and why. The 14 day period starts on the day the goods are delivered. This is provided that the goods have not been used or spoiled in any way and that they are returned in their original packaging. If there is a fault with the contents of your delivery, you also have 14 days to inform us so that we can correct or address the problem.

Personalized goods, limited edition products and gift cards are all non-refundable.

Damaged Goods: Please note that for damaged goods we have a different process, where you have 7 days to notify us with all the details. We will then open a new file with the postal service and inform you of the next steps.




KEEP US INFORMED


You must inform us that you wish to return items (as stated under the 14 day rule) before returning any goods, so that we can process your return effectively. You will receive your refund within 14 days of the email, unless the goods are damaged upon arrival. If you do not receive your refund, please contact Our Team.

3 List of items you wish to return

4 Reason for delivery




REPACKAGING & POSTING


The goods must be returned undamaged and in their original packaging. They must be securely packed in a properly sized box and shipped. You are responsible for the safe return of the goods within 14 days of notification to WAX-IT, Westerring 27i, 9700 Oudenaarde, Belgium.

If the goods are returned to WAX-IT in an unacceptable manner or are damaged in any way, we have the right to refuse the refund.

 




DAMAGED GOODS


For damaged goods we have a separate process:

Firstly, if the damage is clearly visible upon delivery you have the right to refuse delivery. If you do not have the opportunity to refuse delivery or if the damage is only in the box, you must notify us within 7 days with the following:

1 Order number

2 Name

3 Description

4 List of damaged products

5 Detailed photos (inside & outside the box)

6 Photo of the barcode

We will open a file with the delivery service and let you know exactly what will happen, whether the products can be returned, replaced or refunded.
