GYEON Q²R MarinePolish Step 1 is an extremely powerful polishing compound specifically designed to tackle the toughest defects in gelcoat and marine paints. This first step in the polishing process is indispensable for restoring heavily weathered, oxidized, or dull surfaces of yachts and boats.
The advanced formula offers very high cutting power, efficiently removing deep scratches and stubborn limescale without excessive dust formation. Despite its aggressive correction, the product leaves an impressively smooth finish, which significantly accelerates and facilitates subsequent refinement steps.

How do you use Q2R MarinePolish Step 1?
Apply an appropriate amount of Q²R MarinePolish Step 1 to a hard polishing pad or a lambswool pad for maximum correction. Work on the surface in sections using a rotary or dual-action polisher, starting at a low speed to spread the product and then increasing the speed for the actual correction. Apply even pressure and keep the machine in constant motion to limit heat buildup in the gelcoat.
Once the defects have been removed, wipe away the residue with a clean microfiber cloth for a thorough inspection of the result. For a perfect high-gloss finish, it is recommended to continue the process with Step 2 of the marine polishing line.
