What is so special about the Q2M Eccentric Heavy Cut?
The GYEON Q²M Eccentric Heavy Cut Pad is an extremely aggressive polishing pad made of high-quality, dense, open-cell foam. This pad is specifically designed to deliver maximum correction power when removing deep scratches, heavy oxidation, and sanding marks. Thanks to the unique conical shape (tapered edges) and the center hole, heat buildup during polishing with an eccentric (DA) machine is kept to a minimum, which increases both the safety of the paintwork and the durability of the pad.
The foam is rigid enough to transfer the full power of the machine to the surface, yet flexible enough to follow the contours of the vehicle effortlessly.

How do you use the Q2M Eccentric Heavy Cut?
Secure the pad exactly in the center of the backing plate of your dual-action (eccentric) polisher. Apply 3 to 4 drops of polishing compound (such as Q²M Compound) onto the foam and massage it in slightly to "prime" the pad. Work on a small area at a medium-to-high speed, applying light pressure for maximum removal. Clean the pad after every panel with a brush or compressed air to remove accumulated residue and prevent saturation. After the job is complete, wash the pad thoroughly with lukewarm water and a mild cleaner, then let it dry with the foam side facing down to protect the Velcro backing.
