What is so special about the Q2M Rotary Heavy Cut?
The GYEON Q2M Rotary Heavy Cut is an aggressive polishing pad specifically developed to withstand the unique forces of a rotary polisher. The foam has a very high density and an extremely coarse cell structure, enabling the pad to quickly and effectively remove deep scratches, severe paint defects, and sanding scratches (up to grit P1500).
Unlike pads for eccentric machines, this design is optimized for the constant friction and heat buildup of rotating movements. The pad maintains its cutting force throughout the entire process and withstands high temperatures without losing its structural integrity.

How do you use Q2M Rotary Heavy Cut?
Securely attach the pad to the backing plate of a rotary polisher. Apply a suitable amount of coarse polishing paste, such as Q2M Compound+, to the pad. Start at a low speed to spread the product, then increase the speed while making constant, controlled movements. Always keep the machine moving to prevent excessive heat buildup in one spot, as a rotary machine can remove paint very quickly. Clean the pad between sections with a pad brush to prevent saturation with paint chips and polishing residue. After use, wash the pad thoroughly with warm water and a mild cleaner to ensure its lifespan.
