G Credits are points you earn when you place orders with an account. You can redeem these points later for a discount or continue saving for a bigger reward.

Very simple:

• 1 euro spent = 1 G Credit
• If you place an order of more than €75, you will receive 20 extra G Credits on top of the standard points.
  We call this extra reward a Boost.

Yes. Only customers with an account can earn G Credits and track their points balance.

In your account you will see:

• your current points balance
• an overview of your points history, including how many credits you have saved per order

You can exchange your G Credits for a discount:

• 250 points → €5 discount
• 500 points → €15 discount
• 1000 points → €50 discount

You can also continue saving if you prefer to use a higher discount.

No. Discounts cannot be combined.

For example, if you have 800 points, you can't claim both a €5 and a €15 discount at the same time. You choose one discount per order, or you can continue saving.

No. You decide when to use them. Your G Credits remain available in your account until you use them.

You can use one discount (one claim) per order.
